Transportation to/from Nashville International Airport (BNA)
The Gaylord Opryland is located less than 10 miles (approximately a 15 minutes) from the Nashville International Airport (BNA). There are a variety of Transportation options to travel between the airport and the Gaylord Opryland during MAXIMUS events.
- Gaylord Opryland Airport Shuttle - Gaylord Opryland offers daily roundtrip shuttle service from the Nashville International Airport to the hotel. The shuttle runs every 30 minutes between 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM and the price is $35/roundtrip. Look for the Gaylord Opryland Welcome Desk on the lower level of the airport between the two escalators. An agent can assist with your travel needs and ticket purchase, or use our kiosk by the welcome desk. You can also purchase tickets in advance here.
- Ride Share (Uber, Lyft) - Ride share transportation is also available at BNA. Please find more information on the location of meeting your ride share driver here.
- Taxi - Taxis can be picked up at BNA and charge a flat fee of $25/each way to/from the Opry Hotel area. More information on taxi service at BNA can be found here.
